My Uber driver has a 4.95 rating so I asked him what his magic is.
Here’s what he shared. He works in the care field. He has a masters in applied behavioral psychology and works with autistic children full time.
He explained that you don’t go into the care field for money, you go into it because you want to help others, and so that’s how he shows up for his passengers too.
He said “you’re only here once, so you might as well be nice along the way. The world needs people to be nicer to each other right now”
